Nancy Jane Woodard...

woodardwas raised in a Christian home and the last of four siblings. She was born in Gainesville, Texas and moved to Fresno, California when eleven; saved in V.B.S. when twelve years old. As a little girl she was shy and insecure until she took Phillippians 4:13 as her very own scripture. She allowed God to write it upon her heart as she learned to walk in it as she encountered life. “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”

It was on the Home Mission Field in Fresno where Nancy Jane experienced the rich heritage of growing in and witnessing God's love.  She was surrounded by Home Missionaries that were among her mentors.  She grew in her walk with her Savior and in His geat love for her during her teen years.  She knew conviction in her soul and repentance in her heart as she was drawn to the desire and to the obedience of her Lord.

She is the mother of two devout Christian sons. They were eleven and thirteen when Nancy Jane became a single parent after 19 years of marriage. She was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis at age 45 and will tell you how the pain of it has brought her to a much deeper understanding of God’s love for her. She is quick to tell you she is a miracle. Among her many blessings are 7 wonderful grandchildren and two precious daughters-sin-law.  She overcame circumstances in the past and continues to overcome them now "by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of (her) testimony; (she loves not her life) unto the DEATH" (Revelation 12:11).  One of her favorite scriptures is: “…It is written, man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.” Matt 4:4 KJV
