Nancy Jane Woodard...

woodardwas raised in a Christian home and the last of four siblings. She was born in Gainesville, Texas and moved to Fresno, California when eleven; saved in V.B.S. when twelve years old. As a little girl she was shy and insecure until she took Phillippians 4:13 as her very own scripture. She allowed God to write it upon her heart as she learned to walk in it as she encountered life. “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”

It was on the Home Mission Field in Fresno where Nancy Jane experienced the rich heritage of growing in and witnessing God's love.  She was surrounded by Home Missionaries that were among her mentors.  She grew in her walk with her Savior and in His geat love for her during her teen years.  She knew conviction in her soul and repentance in her heart as she was drawn to the desire and to the obedience of her Lord.

With a certification in elementary education, Jan "thought" that this would be her role in the new South terrain as her husband took up his professional position and her daughter entered high school.  God blessed her with many rich years of teaching and sought her trust IN Him when a crisis with the daughter spanned what, at the time, seemed an endless number of years. A "friend", turned Sister in Christ, took Jan DEEP into God's Word where answers and consolation were received.
